Providence Schools Administrators Share Stories During Reading Month

Providence’s elementary school students were treated to “guest readers” from PPSD administration who visited their classrooms to share stories with them during Reading Month in April.

Kindergarten and first-grade students in Lisa Carter’s class at Sackett St. Elementary were treated to a visit from Supt. Dr. Susan Lusi. She read Five Minutes’ Peace by Jill Murphy and answered questions from the class. Her visit coincided with the school’s Pajama Spirit Day.
