Graduation 2015: Central High School

Here are some of the outstanding graduates of our Class of 2015.

Argela Perez has felt personal loss at an early age. Her mother passed away a year ago, but she was fortunate to be surrounded by an extended family. Argela has a spirit that is unmatched.

She has managed to keep up with all of her Advanced Placement classes, lead the soccer team as captain, maintain her after-school job and her community service in Guatemala, all while being accepted to Providence College in the fall.  Her principal wrote, “I expect great things from her.”

Destin Bibemi Kowrati came to the United States in May of 2011 from the Central African Republic. Destin did not speak any English and was placed in English Language Learner classes. In a few short years, Destin became an amazing track and field athlete, president of the student government, a member of the debate team, and a top scholar in all regular education classes.  Destin is scheduled to attend Rhode Island College in the fall.
